“Great Location and Spacious Rooms” I recently stayed at Wyndham Surabaya and overall, it was a pleasant experience. • Location: Excellent! The hotel is conveniently located near a mall, making it easy to access shopping and dining options. • Room: The room was very spacious and comfortable, a definite highlight of my stay. • Breakfast: The breakfast was average—nothing particularly memorable. • Swimming Pool: The water in the pool was quite cold, which made it a bit uncomfortable for swimming. • Shower and Amenities: The shower had good water pressure, and the towels and amenities provided were of good quality. • Wi-Fi: The internet connection was reliable and fast, which is always a plus. • Lift: I loved the elevators! They have glass panels, allowing you to enjoy the view outside while going up or down. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay, especially if you prioritize location and spacious rooms. A few improvements in breakfast and pool temperature would make the experience even better.

Overall, we were quite satisfied with our 2-night stay at Wyndham Hotel Surabaya to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The hotel's location is very accessible, whether by private vehicle or public transportation (with Suroboyo Bus corridor R1 and Trans Semanggi K2 available). The check-in and check-out process was quick, front desk staff were friendly, as were the other staff and security guards who helped adjust the motorcycles when it was difficult to take our vehicle out due to the very tight parking space. Room size was spacious, even for a Deluxe room, featuring a 50-inch smart TV and stable Wi-Fi for streaming Netflix and YouTube in 1080p resolution. However, there were a few minor issues that need improvement, such as some peeling wallpaper and the motorcycle parking area being very cramped and narrow. Additionally, the towels we received were somewhat old (with a tag indicating 2022), and although they were still clean in terms of color, some threads were already fraying on the edges.

Stayed here a couple times, the rooms are very good prepared, but waiting time is kinda long, wide room, bathtub is a little dirty, also the carpet is a little stained, a cool glass table, and a lamp for more light, the elevators are normal, interior of the elevators are cool, a normal-sized swimming pool, they've prepared the towels, soap, shampoo, etc, sometimes they're busy so that it can take longer than usual to prepare their rooms.

Nice cozy place to stay. It is also clean. The parking lot is a bit cramped though for it size. The menu is okay. Nothing special. The room is okay. But the price is a bit steep for its class. Perhaps because it is in the middle of the city in one of the main road. Beware on peak time the traffic could be very heavy. For those who drink there is a wine station here on second floor which has nice service. Worth to try if you are happened to visit here.

The staff at Wyndham Surabaya were exceptional the service was second to none, the location close to everything. The hotel needs some TLC and the food selection needs some tweaking. All in all a pleasant stay very comfortable beds. Thank you!
