This is a very good hotel. I don’t know whether the hotel building is new or has been recently renovated, but our room was very modern and clean. The hotel staff are very polite and kindly assist with anything you need. Whatever you ask for, they generously provide even more than expected. In general, the level of service you receive here is something you wouldn’t find in European hotels, or if you do, it would only be in very expensive ones. The hotel’s swimming pool is quite large and well-suited for athletes. However, there isn’t much space for sunbathing. Moreover, there isn’t much sunlight either, as the hotel is surrounded by tall buildings. The hotel’s location is relatively good. It’s about a 20-minute walk to KLCC and around 25 minutes to Pavilion.

We had a wonderful staycation here! The room was spacious, clean, and offered an amazing view of the KL skyline. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to KLCC Park, the Petronas Twin Towers, and Bukit Bintang. Our kids had an absolute blast at the indoor playground and the huge swimming pool. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing and fun city getaway.

My family of 10 (diff rooms) spent 3D2N in this hotel. The rooms were spacious & clean. Checking in was seamless & ample of carpark lots too. Location is good, walking distance to KLCC & even bukit bintang area (if u love walking), otherwise grab is always convenient too. Very recommended place!

Very good location (near Butik Bintang and malls etc). Embassy of Phillipines is almost next door. Staff was courteous. Breakfast had limited options but was good. Gym was very hot (no AC?) and the pool was not good. No jacuzzi (even though they advertise it).
