A short but enjoyable stay. Was in business trip in Surabaya and I am glad that have chosen Whiz Luxe. Strategic location and they even serve breakfast very early at 6AM (as I have to leave for airport at 6:30AM). Would definitely stay again.

strategic place to stay, near Pakuwon Mall and lots of food area nearby the staff were friendly, from the concierge guy at the ground level, to front office on level 16th. Need to maintain the water ph on the pool 'cause it doesn't looks too good,overall it's a good place to go for staycation

very good hotels with 5 stars services. stayed 2 times here and gave me wonderful experience. especially for the West Surabaya view

There is no public transportation, so think twice if you dont drive. But there is always a grab or gocar for hired through apps. New hotel, but the greyish-originally-white towels seems older than the hotel age
