The hotel is conveniently located within a 3-5 km radius of Jeju City's shopping streets and restaurants, which made it easy for us to explore before setting off on our journey. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, with a gym, swimming pool, and a welcoming lobby. The rooms were well-appointed, with thoughtful touches like heated toilet seats, which were especially appreciated during the chilly spring weather. Donkey particularly loved the heated toilet seat! The rooms also have a nice touch of having a balcony, and the shower foam had a pleasant fragrance. However, the pool is currently closed due to the cool spring weather (it's about 11-16 degrees Celsius during the day and can drop as low as 7 degrees at night). We were lucky that the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They were happy to store our bike luggage and yoga mat for us while we cycled around the island, and they also mentioned that the entire building is smoke-free, including balconies. One minor suggestion for improvement would be to provide complimentary bottled water for guests to use with the coffee and tea making facilities in the rooms, as well as to include stirrers and teaspoons for enjoying the tea and coffee. The hotel's location is ideal for exploring Jeju City and embarking on cycling trips. We definitely recommend Hotel Whistle Lark Jeju to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Jeju.

Feel compelled to write this feedback even though it’s not asked for as honestly for the price this hotel was a great stay! It was generally clean, well appointed, I requested for both rooms in my booking side by side and they did it, faced the ocean/sea of jeju and it was beautiful and peaceful. Breakfast was also decent for the price paid with both Korean and international options. Also near restaurant and food options and supermarket so no need to worry of no food. Also quite near this shopping street and underground shopping (not much to shop though).

We booked a mountain view and were given a 20th floor room with a side on view of the ocean so nice little bonus. The staff were nice and room was in good condition. Decent balcony with table and chairs. Spacious shower was rainfall or standard shower head option with window into the main room with closable blinds. Massive smart TV. Heated toilet seat with bidet functions. Location is good.
