Stayed here for 2 nights. Overall, a good experience with a few minor quirks. The room was clean, though daily housekeeping was a bit delayed—my room wasn’t cleaned until around 4 PM on my second day. The toilet was spotless, but the sink being located in the room instead of the toilet might take some getting used to (not a big deal for me). Parking is easy and sufficient, though you may not always get a spot directly in front of the hotel since it’s located in a busy commercial/ shoplot area. Amenities were decent: towels, face towels, shower gel, safety deposit box provided, along with a mini fridge (though it wasn’t super cold, which is to be expected). They also replenish bottled water, tea, and coffee daily, and there’s a kettle in the room. The housekeeping staff was friendly and accommodating. A/C was super cold. The hot shower was a bit intermittent for some reason- I could enjoy a hot shower at night when (I think) there were fewer people using it, but during the day the water was lukewarm at best. Location is convenient for food options—plenty of choices on Grab with cheap delivery fees. Just note that getting into this area can be a bit jammed during peak hours. There’s a nice-looking restaurant downstairs with good decor, though I didn’t get a chance to try it. All in all, it was a comfortable stay, and I’d definitely recommend it!

The hotel is conveniently located, just a short distance from the North-South Highway and within walking distance to Chinese food court. The receptionist is friendly, and the hotel itself has a modern, clean feel. There's a restaurant called Bosses next to the lobby, offering a peaceful atmosphere perfect for enjoying high tea and a slice of cake. Additionally, a massage shop is located on the same street, where the Chinese manager offers excellent massage skills. Only RM68 for 1h foot and shoulder massage.
