Love this hotel. Attention to detail is impressive, feels very luxurious. Welcome drink was such a great start. Rooms are well appointed. Complimentary alternative milks upon request for in room coffee. Pool bar was so vibey.

Hands down, the W Hotel on Flinders Lane is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in— world class. We only booked a standard room for one night, but the service we received made us feel like absolute royalty. The concierge (Maddie ❤️) went above and beyond, surprising my daughter with a beautiful girly-themed birthday setup—complete with balloons, snacks, cake, and a heartfelt card. It was incredibly thoughtful and made the occasion unforgettable. Still in awe of how warm, welcoming, and exceptional every single staff member was. We’re already planning our return… but next time, for a longer stay!

Stayed for two nights a couple of weeks ago. Was really impressed by the hotel itself. Very clean and well presented room. The concierge Maddie was so helpful, really bubbly and friendly and a joy to talk to. Super knowledgeable of the area and recommended an amazing place to eat. Very impressed.
