The location is stunning, with breathtaking views overlooking South Bank — a perfect backdrop for a relaxing catch-up. But what truly made the experience unforgettable was the outstanding service. A huge thank you to the wonderful manager, Tashi, and his amazing team. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. Their attentiveness, friendliness, and professionalism made us feel incredibly well looked after. It’s rare to find a place that blends a luxurious setting with such heartfelt service — and W Hotel Brisbane does it flawlessly. We’ll definitely be back for more. Highly recommended!

Unforgettable Stay – Best Service and Quality I've Ever Experienced Having stayed in over 100 different hotels around the world, I can confidently say that the service and quality at this hotel have been truly exceptional — easily the best I’ve ever encountered. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed, and this level of care continued throughout my entire stay. A special highlight was the restaurant team, both at breakfast and dinner — every single staff member was consistently warm, attentive, and professional. They went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful dining experience each day. I’d especially like to recognize Butash, the breakfast restaurant manager, whose energy, attention to detail, and personable approach made every morning a pleasure. He leads his team with genuine passion and hospitality, and it shows in every aspect of the service. Thank you to the entire restaurant staff — you truly made this stay memorable. I’ll be recommending this hotel to everyone I know and will absolutely be returning.

Wow! Stunning! Beautiful! Some of the words to describe the W. Very modern feeling every where. Our room was a corner room with view of the water and Ferris wheel. Cool soaking tub with bubbles and other water treatments. Fully stocked mini fridge and table. Very comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious and so many healthy choices. The omelet grill was cooked perfectly. Fresh juices including mango. Fresh warm bread items - delicious bagels. The SPA is a must - every day you stay make time. 2 mineral water Jacuzzi with powerful jets. His and hers saunas and steam rooms. And excellent treatments. Wet floor heated pool with outside lounging on the 6th level. Also an eatery and bar with amazing views. A decent gym also with good views. And the people working at the W were so helpful and friendly. We were having 5 to 10 minutes conversations with everyone from the breakfast servers, receptionist, engineering, and door men. Location is very convenient too for Brisbane city center or walk across the bridge and visit the botanical gardens or Ferris wheel ? area. Overall one of the best hotels we've stayed in anywhere around the world.
