Just spent a night here to go see a show in the casino and it was perfect. Great location with the tram right on the doorstep. Minutes from the beach, delicious coffee in the cafe downstairs. We skipped the buffet breakfast as it was $40 a head, a little steep… but everything else was well priced. Beds are super comfy, shower was nice and views from the room were great. Perfect for a stay on the Gold Coast! ?

Great location with a tram stop outside. Comfy beds although not much space for your luggage in a room for 3 or 4 people. Bathroom small & not much space for toiletries for multiple people. Lovely canal view and room was spotless. There are 2 pools although we didn't use them.

Well located just by the Tram Station. Really friendly welcome at reception on the best in IHG bed of Hotels. The bed was comfy, with quality products in the Bathroom, and a great view from the windows. From a value point of view excellent. Good amenities, laundry room, gym and pool make this hotel stand out. But, Breakfast was chaotic, people jumping the queue, staff over worked, and no team leader on site. At one stage they ran out of cutlery, I had to suggest to a member staff to go to the grill across the hall and get some from there. Although, as a Diamond Status, Breakfast is free, I thought the range quality (Bacon awful) was not worth the price tag. Apart from the Breakfast, excellent stay.
