Most amazing shower based on size of the room, water pressure and good quality shampoo and wash. The hotel is new and well kept and pays attention to its details. A cold fridge, superb lighting and switches, and overall superb design of the room that makes it refreshingly bright and cozy. Location is not the best to the queen street mall but it’s manageable. Looking forward to my next stay.

We stayed there for 2 weeks. Good rooms and amenities, breakfast was good with a lot of options and they are very allergy friendly, actually the first time a hotel in Australia was able to be that professional. During this two weeks stay we’ve had a lot of “adventures”. First my son got horrible gastro and the reception was great, they called an ambulance and helped us while we were waiting. Next the hotel had an evacuation due to some fire scare, and maybe some will think I’m crazy for putting it in the 5 star review, but their response was amazing. Fast, efficient and professional. We didn’t wait, didn’t get scared. In the middle of the night the hotel team organized it all so well. We were moved to another hotel but opted to return the moment we were given green light, although Voco management were giving us multiple options. The main comes the last. The team! It’s more like a family really. We’ve lost some of our toddlers first Lego and Trevor, you sure saw his name here a few times, was so nice to get him a new Lego! They were responding to every single comment we’ve made. Created an amazing play area for the kids during Easter and it was a life saver because of the rainy weather. I can name every single staff member in here and they ll only get best review from me. It is not the fanciest hotel we’ve stayed but somehow it is the best we have seen in Australia.

I LOVE this hotel. I stayed here for work for 2 nights. It’s so clean, and the staff are so so lovely and helpful. Special shout out to Jo from Voco who went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and looked after. She made my day. I am Gluten Free Dairy Free so buffet breakfasts can be a miss but this one was really good - lots of choice and attention to dietaries. On site parking was great and again, the staff just made it the best.

Room is neither here nor there, but Beau the night manager. This guy knows customer service and was so helpful when we met a number of times due to trying to get back inside after a smoke. Later bringing us a pepperoni pizza and water along with slippers. Making sure was all safe and sound and hydrated. Also, the function rooms are pretty badass. Also, more fresh airflow in the rooms would be good. Everyone from the team was dressed very well but with their Own little accent of style which was really nice to see. But Beau was very very helpful. Won’t forget my stay at the voco Brisbane. Great wifi. Liked the android tv services but was a bit laggy.

I spent 2 nights for a business trip and I really enjoyed my time there! The room was beautiful, with a nice view on the river and the bed was sooo comfortable!! The breakfast was great too, Carolina was the best!!
