This hotel was exceptional! As an IHG member, I stayed here for one night while attending a concert in Auckland. From the moment I walked into the lobby, a lovely perfume fragrance filled the air. The front desk staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The highlight was my room, which was clean with a modern, classy design that I loved. Check-out was the fastest I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. The pricing is fair; anything more may feel expensive for multiple-night stays. On my next visit, I’d love to explore Bar Albert, as I ran out of time this trip. Overall, a high-quality stay with excellent service. I highly recommend!

Absolutely brilliant place to stay. Staff were exceptional, service was fantastic at restaurants, reception, cleaners, man that got you car etc you name it they were all brilliant. Location couldn’t be better. Beds incredibly comfortable. Buffet breakfast was delicious (although a little more variety would be nice since it’s same same every day) but it was delicious. We will be back thanks ? I was amazed at how quiet the rooms were for being right in town. So good!

Loved this hotel. The staff were amazing. Shoutout to Piyumali in the restaurant and Aksheta in reception. These lovely ladies made our trip that much more enjoyable because of their beautiful smiles and wonderful attitudes. The included breakfast was amazing and had tons of variety. Very well priced.

Voco hotel is a perfect stay in the city. The rooms and interiors are beautifully designed and it has some great views from your room or the roof top bar. Breakfast buffet was decent with good quality items but it would be good to see some non pork meats on the buffet.

Absolutely loved our stay at voco Auckland! The views of the harbour, Sky Tower, and city were incredible, and the room was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed. It was also right in the heart of the city, and the Britomart precinct making it easy to try all the amazing restaurants and bars. Huge thank you to Lada at the front desk for making our stay so special. Her warmth and service really stood out. Highly recommend!
