The hotel breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. The 24-hour buggy shuttle car service is incredibly convenient and highly recommended. The staff are all exceptionally polite and well-mannered. The hotel offers a complimentary Thai costume experience. Nam was incredibly kind and helpful, ensuring that we were perfectly styled with the right accessories, which made the whole experience effortless and enjoyable. Mild, the photographer, captured stunning photos that truly captured the moment. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable experience! ??

An excellent hotel with an unbeatable central location. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, always ready to assist with warm smiles. We adored the breakfast spread – a perfect mix of authentic Thai dishes and continental options that energized our mornings. A delightful surprise was the complimentary ice cream service available throughout the day, adding a sweet touch to our stay. Our only minor drawback was the interior-facing room, which lacked natural light and made morning wake-ups feel a bit gloomy. The traditional Thai photo shoot activity proved to be a unexpectedly fun cultural experience! While thoroughly enjoyable, we’d opt for a window-equipped room on our next visit to fully appreciate the tropical daylight.

The location is great, close enough to walk to popular spots, and their free 24-hour buggy service made it even more convenient. The staff were genuinely warm and helpful, always making sure we were well taken care of. I also appreciated the breakfast buffet. They changed up the menu every day, which kept things interesting. The room was spacious, cleaned daily, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The amenities were more than enough to make the stay feel like a five-star experience. Would definitely come back.

Perfect family hotel! Our kids adored the kids-friendly atmosphere and fantastic amenities, including a swimming pool and 24/7 buggy service to prime market locations. We also enjoyed complimentary goodies throughout our stay, like popcorn, drinks, and Thai ice cream. The free massage was a lovely surprise, and live music on weekends added to the ambiance.
