10 Artillery Ave, #02-01 Palawan Ridge, Sentosa Island, Singapore 099951
The hotel is well presented with lovely grounds and a nice series of swimming pools of different depths. But there is no life guard so parents must be aware of children playing and supervise constantly. If there was a lightning alert, it was not obvious. Towels were provided both for the room and at the pool. The restaurant was good, offering local and international food. Unfortunately the weather was torrential when we visited but the hotel has good access to harbourfront on the mainland and Resorts World Sentosa and Universal Studios Singapore.
Stayed here for 2 nights (fri - sun) They have multiple pools + a lazy river! All pools had shallow depth, enough for my 3yo niece to stand up & play safely. Even the lazy river! They had movie nights, even in the rain! Audio was outstanding, we could clearly hear the movie despite the heavy rainfall. The in-house restaurant (Native Kitchen) served delicious food, i was surprised. I usually don't expect much from hotel restaurants but they changed my point of view. Rooms smelled fresh & new, hallways smelled good! Hotel is well maintained! They have an ice machine (with/without water) at every floor! A must, in Singapore's warm weather! Staff were all pleasant, had good energy & great service!!
Great location! The hotel is super central to everything on Sentosa — close to the monorail, buses, and cable car. It’s really easy to get over to VivoCity for shopping, and Universal Studios is just around the corner. We loved being able to walk to attractions like Wings of Time and the Luge as well. The hotel is pretty pricey, and honestly, that’s probably the one thing that would make me hesitate about staying here again. Sentosa in general is expensive, but this felt a bit too much for what you get. Also, just a heads up — the laundry service is very expensive, so plan for that! The pools are fun, but the lazy river is quite small and the water jets spraying down are too strong to be relaxing — they actually sting a bit. What really stood out though was the housekeeping team. Athena looked after our room and was absolutely amazing! On the days we wanted to relax in the room, she waited until later in the day to clean, which we really appreciated. She even set up the kids' toys on the bed so they were ready for playtime when we returned. Such a thoughtful touch! Athena really made our stay extra special. Overall, we loved the location and the service, but the high price makes me unsure if we would stay again.
Great location—very close to the monorail and cable car. so getting around was super easy. There’s also a free shuttle bus provided by the hotel that brings you to and from VivoCity at 30-minute intervals, which was really convenient for shopping trips. It’s also just a short walk to Palawan Beach. The hotel has multiple pools and even a lazy river! All the pools have shallow areas enough for my kids (3 and 6 years old) to stand and play safely, which was perfect. Just a heads-up: there are no lifeguards on duty, so parents will need to stay alert. Staff at the front desk were friendly and professional. Overall, we had a great experience—definitely a kid-friendly hotel!
