The location of the hotel is great, near alot of restos and the Ben Thanh market! The rooms are adequate and clean . The hotel though is a bit challenging for persons with disability ( was traveling with my folks )  I would have to give credit to the front desk, Victoria. Shes very helpful and cheerful!!

Pictures speak for themselves. This hotel is quite old and could use some renovations. The doorman is great and helped us a bunch with getting taxis and even unlocked my bike in the middle night when I went out for food. Location is prime but can’t get over the lack of thought in amenities and facilities. No hand soap in the restroom is bad sign. Not enough electrical outlets in the room to even plug in the mini fridge. Spring beds were not comfortable. Elevator is quite small, only fits 2 people. We ended up paying more compared to hotels that were much nicer nearby (like a 5 min walk). I hope they improve in the future.

Terrible place to stay! I do not recommend this hotel to guests. The room is filthy. The bathroom floor is constantly wet because off the water hoses leaking. The overhead shower is not working. My girlfriend has to skip shower because of it. The whole room has only 1 outlet. When I tried to turn off the light to go to bed, the whole room went dark. We had to use the bathroom light for night light. I have never seen any hotel like this in my life. I do not anyone to have the horrible experience like me.

Checked in at the night they were sleeping in the lobby, 1 old man took me to the room, was kinda weird (like horror movie) room was smelly and dirty, the building is old and broken, found many cockroaches everyday in the bathroom, first night when I found 3 of them the old man just smashed them.

The only good thing is Veronica. She was thoughtful and try to help to move the room if they have available one. But unfortunately the timing never match, either we have tour in the morning or there was no room available.

The best of this hotel is in the center of tourist spot but the hotel is very old..dark...
Ghost imagination at their stairs.
Elevator is very small and dirty.
Room is old, unclean room, unclean towel....
Unclean bathroom...
