We recently booked the Deluxe View room with 2x Queen beds for our little family getaway and everything was perfect. The staff were fabulous and so very friendly, the rooms were clean upon arrival and were cleaned daily. Breakfast was not too bad but the seating staff member was very nice and welcoming. Bonus, the tram stop is right outside the hotel making it an ideal location for getting around the city for free, as well as car park down the block. The District Docklands precinct is across the road too and a nice stroll on the waterfront round the corner! We highly recommend this hotel to stay when you’re in Melbourne and we will definitely choose to stay here again for our next Melbourne visit. Thank you for making our stay so memorable and amazing!

During our stay on Easter, Danielle at the reception truly stood out. She was incredibly genuine, helpful, and accommodating, consistently going above and beyond to ensure our experience was exceptional. Her warm and welcoming demeanor left a lasting impression, and it’s clear that Vibe Hotel is fortunate to have someone as dedicated as her on their team. Vibe Hotel should commend and reward her outstanding work ethic and exceptional service. Thanks to her, we’ll be wholeheartedly recommending this hotel to others.

Everything was great in the hotel, the location was at the right where we could catch trams easily and walk to docklands shipping centre. Had relaxing time at the spa. The only thing this place missed was a microwave in the room. Usually all the hotels I have been had kitchen equipment and this seemed to have missed basic ones, no plate, or spoons.

Highly recommend this place. Was a mix up with the room we booked and Ella helped out (probs) more than necessary but appreciated all the help provided and free parking pass included in the booking. Would stay here again! Spa and pool are awesome. You can order food and drinks to the pool, how good?!
