Please do not read the negative reviews for this hotel. It is ideally situated right on the old quarter of town, everything you need is in walking distance. The breakfast is plentiful and you can order eggs to your liking if required. The staff are absolutely amazing and go above and beyond to be hospitable. Special mention to the lovely THAO, who looked after us so well. Thank you, your hospitality skills and experience go well above expectations ??????????. The spa is priced well and I had some lovely treatments by a lady called LUANG, again very professional. Unfortunately I forgot to take photos ? Please if you are staying in Hanoi, near the old quarter, check this little gem out. We only stayed 3 nights but Gould have easily stayed here for more. Well done to the Veshia team ??????

The staff were extremely helpful. Allowed us to leave all of our luggage there after our stay, were very informative and helped us with transport from the airport and to our next hotel with our surfboard bags. Very fast to reply as well, we were very well taken care of. 10/10 staff

We spent two nights at this hotel. Very warm welcome. Close to Hanoi's Old Quarter. Simple and good breakfast. The room had a traditional Vietnamese style, was comfortable and very spacious. Great value for money. Rather quiet given the location close to the Hanoi ring road

Highly recommend! It’s just outside of the old quarter so quiet at night to sleep. The staff were super nice and gave us a map of recommendations on where to go. The breakfast was great, lots of tropical fruit! The day we left we informed the staff that we were leaving early in the morning and they made us breakfast to go.
