I had a nice stay overall. The reception lady was super kind and welcoming—not rude at all. She made me feel right at home as soon as I arrived. The room was decent, and the bed was honestly the most comfortable I’ve slept on in Vietnam. However, the shower in room 805 was broken (forgot to mention this to the staff, but hopefully they’ll check it). Biggest downside was the housekeeper—really noisy both mornings around 7:45, waking me up early. Because of that, I’m giving 4 stars.

Fantastic. Smart TVs actually worked, could get all streaming apps. Nice AC. Soft beds. Strong shower head / water pressure with water that STAYS hot.

Worst Hotel Experience Despite the Good Location

The location is excellent, but it was a terrible experience　for the following reasons:

・When We checked in, we were taken to a room in a different building.The first room we were given had a broken bathroom door that wouldn't close, so we had to request a room change.

The second room had several issues:

・The shower had extremely low water pressure, and only lukewarm water was available.

・The bathroom drainage was terrible, causing water to accumulate on the floor. Dirty residue even came up from the drain, leaving behind a filthy mess that took a long time to clear.

・The towels were old and so thin they were almost transparent.

・The bed sheets had stains.

Overall, the conditions were unacceptable. Considering the state of this room, we didn’t expect any other room to be better. We originally planned to stay for three nights, but we quickly booked another hotel and checked out Veris Hotel early.

The staff at this hotel were extremely rude throughout our stay. The The hotel is located on a side street.

Due to the poor customer service experience, I would not recommend this hotel to other travelers.

While the hotel was fine overall, we had a frustrating experience with their laundry service. More than half of our clothes returned to us were shrunk and unusable. Despite our complaint, the hotel only offered to rewash the clothes, showing poor customer service.
