Cleaness is better than 5 ?️hotel with affordable room price in George town. Very clean room, thank you very much for Veno Hotel housekeeping hard work. My second time here because of my fussy and emphasized in room cleaness, Again, no regrets!

Room is very clean and look exactly like in the pictures. However the aircon is not strong. When we first arrived and opened the room, the room was so hot due to Penang weather. We opened the aircon and waited for half an hour for the room to get colder. Room also isn’t sound proof and early morning 6am we could hear someone chanting and running water sound. Service isn’t the best as well. I wanted to iron my clothes but the iron wasn’t working. I called the reception to ask them to bring up a new iron to my room, but the lady at the counter asked me to go to the reception to collect the iron instead, as not enough people to attend to the reception.

The family room type is nice, spacious and comfortable, the only downside is that the central AC is above your head so it's easy to breathe in the AC air. This hotel's location is strategic, close to the food court, laundry, and one of Ondo's famous bakeries. There are lots of eating options around here as long as you want to explore. Fast service, as soon as we were informed that there was a leaking shower, it was immediately replaced and we were helped to order a van out of town . The location of this hotel is in the middle of the city so everywhere is close, especially to the hospital
