I stayed here in peak season. All rooms are fully occupied so the hotel was full of guest. It's hard to enjoy breakfast since so many guest having breakfast at the same time. The hotel has 36 floors but the elevators are limited. It took longer time to get to restaurant or ground floor in the morning. But anyway, all staff are so kind and helpful. The rooms are spacious with complete amenities. The restaurant also offer various kind of menu. Indonesian, Asian, and western food. Overall, it was a wonderful experience staying here.

Good place to stay in west surabaya, strategic location and also 5 stars service. The rooms are 5 stars standard in terms of cleanliness, features (this hotel has mini harman bluetooth speaker, which makes it unique in my opinion, reminds me of old style 5 star hotel) . But the room is too cramped in my opinion, too small for a 5 stars hotel. Other than that, no problems.

Got the chance to taste the buffet here. Food was all good! Except for the roasted beef. The mushroom sauce was really good, but the meat was kind of too dry and hard to chew. The mac and cheese was amazing! The staffs and trainees were really kind and helpful. Thank you!

Nice hotel, very good service, nice parking guy, clean and cozy room with Harman Kardon bluetooth speaker.

I started bad krn toilet d lobby nya berbau..but overall my stay was a GREAT one.. also appreciate the pleasant bfast..
