First off, the hotel is beautiful. The interiors, the ambiance I can only describe as calming in the middle of Tokyo, which I find very hustle bustle. The staff was welcoming and was always available if we needed anything - extra hangers, to make a reservation for the restaurant downstairs, calling a taxi, etc. The room was fully stocked with toiletries and we were always left with a little treat each day in our room after a day of exploring Tokyo. The rooftop was a highlight and would recommend visiting during the afternoon or evening, as again the city views were peaceful to look at - no matter what time of day. As for surrounding neighborhood, if you like to do some boutique shopping, coffee shop hopping, this is the perfect area. It’s a short walk to the nearest train station, as well as Shibuya, Harajuku, etc. I recommend for travelers who want to be close enough to everything but without the crowds of tourists. Again - we absolutely loved our stay and wish we could have spent more time here.

First of all, our room was a park view suite with balcony and it was great. Can fit 2 big size luggages. Some noteworthy details below: 1. We were in Tokyo for birthday celebration and the hotel made us 3 lanyards printed with their hotel logo 'Trunk' which I think it was quite memorable. Other than that, really nothing else. There could be a complimentary cake or desserts given the kind of price we paid. 2. Located by the side of the main road, even though we were on the 4th floor, do expect some noise especially if you are a light sleeper. The soundproof of the room could be much much better improved. We can even hear next door people talking. 3. Housekeeping. We left our worn socks on the floor although swept aside at one corner, the housekeeping staff somehow put the socks on the bed which was a big NO! I am really shocked upon returning to the room to find them on the bed. I never had such encounter with my hotel stay before.

I really enjoyed my stay here at Trunk Yoyogi! I visited Dec 2024 and the design of the hotel is phenomenal. The rooftop pool and hot tub is majestic. You have direct views into Yoyogi Park and can hear birds chirping. They keep the pool at 37C which is amazing. They provide pjs, in room coffee kettle and even left some Portuguese egg tarts to indulge in. The only thing was that temp was centralized but they were kind enough to provide a fan and I cracked the balcony to let some air in. Ally, Mika, Noah and Taichi were the best.

Stayed at the Trunk Yoyogi Park over the holidays for 3 nights. The hotel was centrally located and enjoyed morning walks through the park everyday. There's a cute coffee shop next door as well. The room is cleverly designed to make the most effective use of space even with a lot of luggage. The bathroom was perfection and the amenities are great. Even though it was cold the pool on the upper deck is well heated and has an unobstructed view. The service level was top notch. The staff were so helpful in booking reservations for us and most specifically helped me out with returning an article I forgot in the hotel once I checked out. I cannot praise this hotel more ! Don't hesitate when booking !!
