Check in late at night. Met the front desk lady staff. She was very polite and with a smile. Speaks very good English and very hospitality. This really gave a good vibes esp I have been tired and reaching the hotel, was nice to be greeted by this lady staff on the counter. 26th floor room. Was nice and big. Too bad the window was facing another block. The good thing is that they adhere to my request that no corner rooms. Will definitely come back here soon.

The property is generally well kept. Shows some sign of age but still good. Bathrooms could use more lighting. If I could rate the staff however, I’d like to give this establishment a 1000000/10 rating. Long story short, I was contacted by Anna a week after staying here. I had left something very valuable in the safe and completely forgot. Not only did they keep it securely, they arranged for my relative to pick it up. All this was extremely well communicated and I words cannot describe how grateful I am to the management and housekeeping team for their professionalism and ethics. Thank you once more, I will certainly stay here again in the future.

The room was spacious and clean. And came with a in room water dispenser. There is also a conveience store right at the ground floor. The downside was, both the safe and the fridge were not working which caused some inconvenience in our stay. Overall, a good place to stay and i do hope to see those improvements if i happened to return back.

I've stayed at this hotel a few times because of how spacious the rooms are and how affordable it is. But I'm a bit disappointed with the cleanliness and condition of the room exteriors. The room appears to be showing signs of wear and tear, and the bathroom seems to have a touch of mold, particularly in the corners and shower fixtures. On the plus side, they have a water filter machine in the room, but I'm not sure if it's properly maintained and cleaned. The staff, especially the front desk, are really good, friendly, patient and always smiling. It would be most excellent if you could improve on cleanliness and address the issues with the room exteriors. Even though I have some worries, I'll still be coming back to this hotel because it always makes me feel comfortable when I stay here.

Ms. Anna and Mr. Vincent were absolutely outstanding—definitely number one! Check-in and check-out were perfect. Both of them always greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel very welcome. Although the room wasn’t 100% perfect, it was still comfortable and pleasant to stay in. I guarantee I’ll come back again—mainly because of the excellent service from both of them!
