One of the finest hotels I’ve ever stayed at! From the moment I checked in, the service, hospitality, and attention to detail were truly top-notch. The breakfast spread was impressive with a wide variety of options to suit every palate. I had the Indian thali at one of their restaurants — they were just about to close for lunch, but still welcomed me in and served with a smile. When I requested an extra helping, they happily obliged without hesitation. I also had a minor issue with the lighting in my room, and it was resolved within minutes. The daily room cleaning service deserves a special mention — returning to a spotless, refreshed room after a long day of work or sightseeing made the stay even more pleasant. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers. Trident truly lives up to its name in offering a luxurious and memorable experience.

The best hotel I’ve stayed in in India. This was mainly because of how great all the staff are. They were definitely giving a 5* service at all times. They cater to every single need you have. Beyond that the hotel itself is a delight. We were put on the Club floor and our rooms had a bath and everything required. Your room was cleaned almost as soon as you left it. The food in the hotel buffet was all delicious and they had such a large variety.

Overall the experience was great for me. I booked the room for a night because of the hotel's proximity to the US Embassy, as I had an early morning Visa interview. The place is just 200-300m from the Embassy, and was quite easy for me to reach on time. Overall, here are my favorites - - The hospitality of the staff was top-notch. They were super-prompt right from the room-service to the wake-up call. - The breakfast was quite a spread with a lot of options to choose from, ranging from healthy to in-your-face savory delights. - Quick check-in and check-out. - Great options for dining, with access to some amazing culinary delights. You also have options to just walk over to multiple great restaurants nearby as well.

It's one of it's kind 5star hotel near US consulate mumbai. True to its name, one of the best experiences you can get here..the architecture is very nice. The spacing of each room is good. Long passages give it elegant look. Neat and clean everywhere. Very warm housekeeping staff. ??? Excellent team of staff who are cordial and smiling, always there to help you with confidence and simplicity. Their demeanour is very beautiful. All are very well trained and disciplined. An excellent place to rewind and rejuvenate. I took spa treatment here and it's relaxing and I feel so peaceful after that. I had great sleep, great food, and great help from all.
