Excellent in all ways. Right from the reception. Exceptional first impression. KC was awesome. Very friendly and professional. Took her time and made us feel very relaxed and at ease. We subsequently met up with Winnie, who was just as great. Kudos to the team at Travelogue. You actually deserve more than 5 stars. I've never given sure great ratings for any hotel before.

I stayed for 2 nights, the location is excellent, near to Marvel Studio and Southern Cross Station, it's also within free trem zone but need elevator access or stairs to get into road level. The room is comfortable with good size for twin bed and a sofa bed, it comes with microwave, coffee maker, small refrigerator and stainless tableware. The reception lady provided a very well service. The hotel lobby is one of a kind.

Love this hotel so much! Very worth of money. 6 minutes walk to Southern Cross Train Station. 10 minutes walk to Cole, Hungry Jack, and Subway near the station. The staffs were very kind and helpful even though I checked in at midnight. The receptionist open for 24 hours. The room was spacious, clean, and has big windows with amazing view. A lot of charging port. They provided microwave, basic kitchen utensils, hairdryer, mini fridge, and iron. The bathroom was clean and the water pressure was perfect even though my room was in 8th floor. The hot water worked properly. Will recommend this hotel for my friend and defined will come back in the future. They asked for 1 AUD deposit at check in at it will be refund at the checkout. They also provided temporary luggage room.

Great location, easy walk to southern x station, dfo, restaurants, marvel stadium. Staff were exceptional letting us check in early which was appreciated after our flight. We were given free breakfasts due to booking with booking.com. Breakfast was great, plenty of options. Hotel was quiet, no street noise at all. You could hear faint train horns but nothing to annoy you. Reception allowed us to hold our luggage until we were ready to leave which was convenient. Water pressure was fantastic even being on 13th floor. Housekeeping each day kept our room tidy. Only bad point were the beds are very hard, not comfy at all. Overall I'd definitely stay again and would recommend to friends/family.
