Warning: If you book via booking.com, do not pre pay! I had to pay again at the desk when I arrived. I did eventually get refunded from booking.com, but it was a headache. Apart from that the hotel is in a good location for bassac Lane, the room was very nice, modern and clean. The staff are very friendly, especially the cleaning lady, they have free washing machine and dryer to use. I was suffering from food poisoning before I checked in, I was waiting for the washing machine but had to run back to my room. I think the cleaning lady understood my situation, and she took my laundry and did it for me, even ironing and brought it to my room. So a massive thank you to her ? ❤️

Great stay. Wonderful room, super beakfast, warm & inviting hosts. We'll definitely be back.
