The team at The Westin Surabaya went above and beyond ensuring my family has a pleasant stay. We are all so happy with our consistently positive experience at The Westin Surabaya, that we are extending our stay, we'll stay the whole week at the property, where we are warmly welcome and we get to know the staff by name! Chef Dayat is the best, truly caring about the guests and ensure he speaks with everyone and asks for feedback for continuous improvement, with the thoughtful creations he shared in the surprise-treats. His team at Magnolia (Mas Aziz, Mas Huda, Mas Yonatan, and others) are truly magnificent team in ensuring everyone is enjoying their meals and their great time together at The Magnolia at The Westin Surabaya ! The Club Lounge team is also extraordinary - Catur, Patrick, Evan, Rozy, and Dhea - are always accommodating, making sure our stay is smooth, coordinating and arranging even before we arrive. We truly enjoy our time relaxing and making meaningful connections with our family members during our stay. We are so happy that we extend our stay here to the whole week! The best hotel in Surabaya. All staffs are super friendly & helpfull, from LG until Lobby floor. Especially all the chefs & all restaurants staff. Chef Dayat & Chef Nasrulah give us special complimentary menu & even offer us to order different menus, if we get bored (because we stay for a week) . All the restaurant staffs , such as Mr. Azis & others likes to interact with guests, and make sure the customer needs.They even put an effort to mention our name. We are so thrilled with the service. The housekeeping staffs also give us complimentary items and give special sweet notes. Westin also located in the Pakuwon Mall & PTC area, very strategic. Love this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at The Westin! The service and hospitality were truly exceptional. I had the pleasure of meeting several amazing staff members who made my experience even more memorable: Syukron – He warmly welcomed me on my first day and even assisted me with breakfast. Knowing I had a flight, he kindly offered to pack some food for me to take away. Nasrulloh – The chef was incredibly kind and always recommended the best dishes. He let me try some of their specialties like the mini steak, satay, and more. Shafira – She presented me with a lovely thank-you cake, beautifully served with great care. Math – He prepared a fantastic tom yum—it was absolutely delicious! I’ll definitely be coming back the next time I’m in Surabaya. Everything from the service and rooms to the facilities was top-notch!

Beautiful and clean room, with personal note from housekeeper, complimentary bathtub soap, very comfortable bed and pillows, lovely room decor all add to a special and memorable hotel stay @ Westin Surabaya. Thank you for the wonderful memories.
