I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Waldorf Hilton Hotel in London, and it was an incredible experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warmth and professionalism, making me feel welcome right away. The location was perfect for exploring London, situated in the heart of the city. My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, ensuring I had restful nights after long days of sightseeing. One of the highlights of my stay was the dining experience. The hotel offers a fantastic breakfast with a wide variety of options. Overall, my stay at the Waldorf Hilton was exceptional, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient place to stay in London.

Hands down a top tier London hotel. Always clean, outstanding gym facilities. Been here a few times for business & personal, &planning to stay more. Mariana at the front is 10/10, great staff and exceptional service. Though it’s a historic hotel, the facilities and rooms are super clean. Food is also really good here! The gym is biggest selling point for me (I just hope they add a leg press ??) Can’t go wrong with this Hilton. Mariana / the service staff are awesome and the facilities are all second to none.

The black tie dinner awards night that I attended was nothing short of exceptional. The venue, chosen for its prestige, was absolutely perfect for such a prestigious event. From the moment I arrived, the staff exuded a sense of professionalism and courtesy, making sure that every guest felt welcomed and taken care of. Their friendly demeanor added to the overall ambiance of the evening, making it a truly enjoyable experience. One aspect that stood out to me was the menu selection and wine pairings. The dishes were expertly crafted and presented, each one complimenting the other in terms of flavor and presentation. The wine selection was also impeccable, enhancing the flavors of the food and adding a touch of sophistication to the event. I must commend the organizers for their attention to detail, as everything from the venue to the menu and service was flawless. The location was easily accessible, making it convenient for all guests to attend. Overall, it was a truly remarkable evening, and I could not find a single fault with the venue. It was a testament to the professionalism and dedication of the staff and organizers, who went above and beyond to ensure a memorable and elegant experience for all attendees. Located close to theatre land found it difficult to get a taxi at the end of the evening as theatres emptying at same time just to note.

Had the best time at the Waldorf! I’m normally a Marriott supporter, but I really enjoyed this Hilton. The location was incredible and the service was spectacular. The doorman, Douglas Reid, was the best! He took the best care of us and always greeted us to make us feel at home. Without him, it wouldn’t have made our stay so special. Thank you!

This was a post breast cancer treatment and a real treat. It was too. The rooms are possibly one of the biggest to stay in in London. The decor is a bit dated but everything works. The hot water is hot. There’s great tea and coffee available. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Really enjoyed breakfast in the morning, plenty of choice and there’s also an additional manual order that you can order an extra things straight from the kitchen. I love the history & style of the building.
