The desert made by 阿陳 was amazing! The chef himself was also pretty nice. The service was also really kind. Everyone, including Jason, Night, Vincent was really nice! Furthermore, Popi’s performance was excellent! 5/5 stars would recommend.

An excellent restaurant supporting students in culinary arts. The view from the restaurant was magnificent. We tried the western set course lunch which included an appetizer, a main course, and a dessert with a beverage. Each dish was beautifully plated and made with good quality ingredients. Complex techniques in cooking were definitely used. Highlights were the fresh made table bread and butter, which tasted so fragrant and fresh baked. The bread was served hot and warm. The veal I had as a main course was beautifully plated but tasted just average. The portions are great and you will definitely be full. The desserts looked marvellous and were a work of art which tasted good. The appetizers were standard in taste but beautifully plated. The petit fours at the end were a nice touch. Overall, it’s like an upper end fine dining experience with students in training. The food is not gourmet but strives to be and is close to it and the prices are good for what you get and experience. The students are hardworking and the restaurant is clean and bright.
