The front office staff were attentive and exceptionally helpful, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from the moment we arrived. Location-wise, it’s quite strategic—especially if you’re attending an event at the Jakarta Convention Centre. There’s a good variety of food available during both breakfast and dinner buffets, and everything we tried was tasty. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with decent amenities. The only issue we encountered during our stay was with the concierge. They were unable to provide accurate information regarding airport transfer. Due to road closures for Jakarta Car-Free Day and the Digiland Run, we were initially informed that we could leave for the airport at 9:30 a.m., but this was later changed to 4:30 a.m. Overall, staying at this hotel was a pleasant experience, and we would consider returning in the future.

The hotel a bit aged, Indonesian style. Room is big and comfort. Nice breakfast. Great option if you have activity in GBK sport center

Was a good experience. Good to be back after decades. It’s a nostalgic hotel, such memorable experience with my parents when I was a kid back in the 90s Room was being taken care quite well. Bathroom was clean. Bed could be better. Service was just fine and could be improved. Location wise was strategical to GBK.
