We had an enjoyable two-nights stay at this hotel. The bed was excellent, and the room was spacious and clean. The staff was incredibly friendly, and a special thanks to Ms. May for her exceptional assistance in helping us get to and from Central Hatyai Mall. Her professionalism in customer service deserves a five-star rating. Thank you!

Accessible and clean hotel with walking distance to Makro, Central Festival and Asean Night Bazaar. Fast fibre wifi is provided. The aircond in room 608 is making a few noises while on that should be fixed. Staff were friendly and helpful.

My second time in the hotel. Despite small and already some years in age, they clean their rooms well. Front desk staff are courteous and understand / speak both English and Malay.
