My experience at The Sira Lombok, a luxury collection hotel by Marriott, was truly remarkable. Occupying an Ocean View Suite with twin beds on the second floor, the spacious 94 sqm room offered breathtaking views of the ocean and a serene pond. The suite was designed with comfort in mind, featuring ample seating both indoors and outdoors, making it a perfect spot to unwind. The air conditioning was refreshingly cool, and the soundproof doors provided a peaceful retreat. Opening the door allowed the soothing sound of crashing waves to fill the room, while closing it created a tranquil atmosphere. The bathroom was equally impressive, boasting a separate bathtub and shower, providing a luxurious experience. Dining at The Island's Table was a highlight of my stay. Each morning, I looked forward to the refreshing green herb juice, a must-try. The Sira omelet with shrimp and soft-shell crab was delightful, and my personal favorite was the chicken satay. For dinner, the fried noodles quickly became a favorite, and I highly recommend indulging in the dessert known as The Rinjani, a molten chocolate cake. A slightly more bitter version would have been perfect for my taste. Lunch at Resto Medsa, with its Mediterranean ambiance, was equally enjoyable. The hummus and pita, lamb skewers, and pizza were all delicious and satisfying. For activities, I took part in a morning bike ride around the resort, covering approximately 5 km, which was a refreshing way to start the day. The gym facilities were comprehensive, and the steam and sauna rooms added to the relaxation experience. The two-tier pool and pristine white sandy beach were perfect for lounging and soaking up the sun. While the location is a bit far from the airport, it is ideal for those seeking solitude and relaxation. The Sira Lombok comes highly recommended for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Best service you can imagine My husband and I escaped for a weekend trip to The Sira in Lombok at Sira Beach. The hotel recently opened, so it was not very busy. We booked a suite with an ocean view, and it was just perfect. Plenty of space in the bedroom and living area, a super large balcony with the most comfortable sofas, and huge dressing and bathroom areas. Everything you would expect from a 5-star accommodation. Not to mention the 70-meter-long pool right on the beach or the perfectly equipped gym including chilled towels.... But what truly stood out was the service. All the staff were exceptionally friendly, incredibly attentive, and thoughtful — without ever being intrusive. From the warm welcome by the manager, including a special bite and a refreshing drink as part of a Lombok-inspired welcome ceremony, to the in-room check-in, and throughout our stay — at the pool, during breakfast in the restaurant, with room service, and even at check-out — it was the best service we have ever experienced in a 5-star hotel. And we have traveled a lot. The only suggestion: The prices in the restaurant are quite ambitious and could be reconsidered. Thank you very much for a wonderfully relaxing weekend. Since we live only an hour's drive away, we will definitely be back soon.

We stayed at The Sira for 2 nights. It was a last minute booking as our stay at the Sheraton in Senggigi was not satisfactory. This is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. It is a new hotel that opened in November 2024. It is immaculate. The decor and hotel settings are beautiful and luxurious. Very big and spacious rooms with a huge balcony. Everything is new and clean. There are many chaise lounges everywhere including double sized ones by the pool and beach. The beach is white sand, water is calm and shallow but rocky with lots of coral so bring your water shoes or crocs. Excellent view of the mountains and the Gili Islands. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Service and hospitality is unmatched; the staff are very well-trained. The gym is big and spacious with 3 spinning bikes, 3 treadmills, elipticals and a stair master, smith machine weight rack, benches and freeweight dumbbells up to 30kg, also a cable machine. The swimming pool is the biggest on the island; over 50m long! It’s huge! You can do laps all day if you wanted. Cuz there are 2 pools, the big one for serious swimming and the wading pool. The location is a bit far from everything so Gojek / Grab food is not available there. But the restaurants are great. Breakfast is included and a la carte but if you are hungry, you try everything. There weren’t many people there when we were there so the staff knew our names and we had the place to ourselves pretty much. Mostly couples and not many children. So it was very quiet and relaxing place. The beach is illuminated at night so you can take a walk down it safely. There also is a separate golf course / country club right beside this resort. Can’t say enough about this place. I didn’t really want to leave a review, cuz I didn’t want to share this secret gem! Thank you again!

A lovely, zen resort with beautiful views. It is clean and the manager and staff have been very attentive, helpful and welcoming. The restaurant crew also prepared a fantastic surprise beach-side dinner at the request of my friends. Nothing but good, peaceful feelings and we left with the hope to revisit someday.

My wife and I have been lucky enough to travel to some beautiful areas and stay at some beautiful properties around the world. This is one of the best hotels we've ever been to. Aside from the actually stunning views, the excellent food, and the highest quality of villas, the service and attention to detail was unmatched. We stayed for a week and extended it because of how much we loved it here. Every one knew our names, greeted us with a smile, and knew of our dietary restrictions. A special mention to Julio the manager and Reonaldo who were just absolute class. Superstars. For such a new property, we almost expected teething issues. But this was truly exceptional. We look forward to coming back!
