I had a fantastic experience at this 5-star hotel in Hong Kong. The location is very convenient, right next to the airport, which is perfect for early flights, but also very well connected to the city center. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to the airport, which was a great added value. The staff were all exceptionally friendly and attentive, always going out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and there was also a live station where chef prepared omelets and eggs any style right on the spot. My room was modern, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable, easily one of the best hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back on my next stopover in Hong Kong!

The concierge, front desk and housekeeping all provided great service. They were helpful and polite. The shower room had some strands of hair when we checked in though. We had breakfast at The Enclave, the restaurant at the hotel. Food was delicious and there are quite a lot of options. However, service was not that great. The lady at the counter cooking eggs seems to not be able to remember orders and the sequence. The service staff appeared to treat Caucasian customers better. We waited a while before coffee/tea was served, unlike the rest who were served relatively quickly. When asked about the coffee/tea, we were questioned who we ordered it from and her attitude was more of questioning that solving the issue.

Have a great night here. The room is big and comfortable. And It’s very convenient, just right above Citygate Outlet. Some spots in hotel with the great view outside, and it’s quiet place. For buffet breakfast, it provides a lot of options and high quality food. especially those local food like dim sum and bubble waffles are really nice.

This hotel is our second home when in Hong Kong due to proximity with the airport and connection with MTR. The hotel is also inside a shopping mall with lots of dining options. The hotel is modern, very comfortable bedding, rooms are very clean, breakfast is good and staff is very nice. A few things which could be improved are related to the fact room upgrades for status members are rare (you get upgraded to high floor and this is it as platinum member), and the shuttle bus to the airport is only every hour, it would be great if this could be more frequent.
