999 Moo 6 Laemphopattana 1 Road, Sai Thai, Mueang Krabi District, Krabi 81000, Thailand
Nice resort with a great team. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The property is well kept and very great views. In March you don’t see the sunset but it is still very lovely. The rooms are nice and feel modern. The beds are stiff for my taste. The restaurant is the same for all of the 3 restaurants. Quite fresh and authentic dishes on the menus with some international cuisines as well.
Just brilliant. A proper luxury hotel in paradise. It's a short drive from Ao Nang beach, and is in a small community with a handful of little shops and bars around. The rooms and hotel are wonderful. Modern, clean, luxury facilities in well designed grounds. Loved the adults only pool, loved the swim-up bar. There's a little private beach and water sports attached to the hotel which is just perfect. Service is top-notch. Plenty of staff that are attentive and helpful. The breakfast selection is small but high quality. There are even some nice activities like a guided walk around the village which was a nice touch. The shuttle service to Ao Nang is really useful and is actually nice to have the ability to easily go into the hustle and bustle for a massage and some drinks and then back to our quiet paradise.
The resort is located in a peaceful area, about 15 minutes from the city center by shuttle bus. Staff were very friendly and always greeted us with a smile. Breakfast was varied with plenty of choices, and the restaurant was clean and beautifully set up. Our villa with a private pool was excellent. The resort offers free kayaking and has two great swimming pools. The beach could use some improvement, but it wasn’t a big issue. We had a minor problem with the main door, but staff responded quickly and were very helpful. Overall, a great stay — we’d love to come back!
Firstly, wouldn't rate this as a 5 star property. It lacked the facilities that would deem it to be one. We travelled for my son's birthday with a family of 7 adults and 4 kids. I'll start off with the plus points, 1. Spacious rooms (garden view) 2. Property was kept clean, from the rooms, restaurant, the pool and beach. 3. Happy hour was decent and enjoyed their offer 4. Serene and peaceful location Their overall service would be mixed. We were greeted well when we checked in. And we met lovely staff during the buffet breakfast. But there were 2 male staff at Fin Bar and had differential treatment to the Asian guests and Caucasian. Their reaction whenever we ordered was just plain rude and were having difficulties smiling. There was one lovely lady by the name of Dou who was very warm and welcoming with us and the kids. And during the check-out was rather disappointing because the receptionist was questioning on the whereabouts of beach bag and laundry bag, and we clearly mentioned it was just in the room and to get it checked, she questioned us back if we could go the room and and bring it back to her WHILE IT WAS HEAVILY RAINING AND WE HAD MULTIPLE BAGS AND YOUNG KIDS. Points to be warned of; 1. Kids club was just plain boring and outdated. Not too sure why it's existing. Both my 1 year old and 6 years old barely spent 10minutes over there. 2. The buffet spread could have more variety, it's just basic to fill in your stomach. 3. It's isolated from eateries, mini marts. You'd need grab to move around
I stayed 3 nights 9-12/06/25, room 3206, I can say that mostly staff have excellent service mind, I could feel their professional way to serve the customers, sincere smiles with their greetings, being well-trained, good manners, and ofcourse, the hotel facilities are functional in good design, very worth to stay.
