Great place to stay in Singapore. Very cozy, clean and comfortable. Location is quite central to all the interesting places. Staffs are super nice and friendly especially Ms. Kamala and Praba. They assisted to make sure the check in process was smooth and fast and clearly explaining the details as I had some technical issues with the booking. Keep it up Kamala and gang ….. This is my second time staying in this hotel and would definitely return again. Love it.

We had a wonderful stay at Serangoon House, Singapore! From the moment we arrived, the warm and welcoming service made us feel right at home. Receptionists Prabha and Kamala were exceptional – friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. They went above and beyond to make our check-in smooth and were always available for anything we needed throughout our stay. A special shout-out to Hari in the kitchen team who took great care of my family. His attention to detail and dedication to providing a fantastic dining experience truly stood out. Every meal was delicious, and the service was consistently top-notch. Overall, the hospitality at Serangoon House is second to none. We’re grateful for the amazing experience and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Singapore!

Had a wonderful stay in The Serangoon. I had one night in transit and this hotel was perfect. It's a very quaint and beautifully decorated hotel in the midst of little India. Kamala at the front desk made sure my stay was comfortable,was very pleasant and super helpful. She also gave me a late check out since my flight got delayed. Her assistant whose name I forgot also was very helpful. Overall had a great stay and would definitely consider staying here if I come the Singapore way !

We just stayed at the Tribute Portfolio Hotel in Singapore and had such a great experience. Everything was beautiful, from the decor to the food to the service. The hotel had such a stylish, welcoming vibe and was super convenient, just a short walk to the train station. Praba was awesome, so friendly, helpful, and full of great tips about the area. He made sure we were taken care of by allowing us to do early check-in since we arrived so early! We would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Singapore! Quick update: wish I could give them over 5 stars because Praba and Kamala are the best! After my stay, I accidentally left an item behind and after noticing, I quickly emailed them and received a reply within the same day. Kamala was super sweet to confirm my item was indeed left behind and allowed me to pick it up days later! Truly the best! Thank you so much!!
