I've had the pleasure of staying at this property twice now. It is a good higher end business hotel in the Shiodome district, definately not luxury but that can't be expected given the room rate. It's connected to Shimbashi station via an underground walkway which was convenient after arriving off the Shinkansen with luggage on a rainy day. Staff were attentive and polite during check in and throughout my stay, promptly responding to my request for fresh towels outside of regular cleaning hours. The room was kept clean but was starting to show it's age, especially in the configuration of the wet area, but was well maintained. Daily housekeeping including 2 bottles of water were provided. The mattress was one of the more comfortable mattresses out of the hotels I've stayed at in Japan. There were a large amount of leisure tourists staying during late March so the elevators from the JR entrance to the lobby were frequently busy with patrons hauling large amounts of luggage who were often less than considerate of other guests also using the facility. Overall this is a good value hotel to stay at for the convenience and amenities, generally more fairly priced than comparable western branded options in less convenient locations .
Good location and clinigness of facilities. Very good connection links from Shinjuku station. The hotel offered a good value, and I dont think I can fault them for anything .I've stayed 4 days The room was decent size for Japanese, and I could rest in quiet when I needed it. Check out via machine took like 5 seconds, and check-in wasn't more than 30 seconds . I'm sure that staff would go above and beyond if I had any problem. Happy customer is one that comes back.
Excellent hotel and I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of my stay! The only downside to this hotel is the awkward navigation to the hotel itself. You need to go to the 24th floor before taking another elevator up to your room. Other than that, my stay was wonderful. Comfy cozy rooms, nice spacious bathroom with a great shower. Amazing views of Tokyo Tower and the train tracks as well as all the city. Staff is wonderful on all accounts. I would love to stay here again
Had a wonderful two nights stay here with my seven month old baby. They have a great service (even held my bag for two weeks while I travelled through Japan) and the roads are very spacious. Our Junior Suite was 57sqm (613sf) and when you have four large trunks, you can actually unpack and repack. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. 5-10min walk to JR and Ginza area putting you right at the heart of the city, but without the crowded and cramped rooms. Terrific choice! We also stayed at the Conrad Tokyo right next-door but that was over $1000 USD whereas this was a fraction of the price.
Enjoyed staying at this hotel! Clean and very spacious rooms. Washroom was very spacious as well. A welcome sight after staying in the small hotel rooms in Tokyo (there is definitely a significant price difference - so you get what you pay for). Staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful (when we had to weigh our suitcases several times haha!). Would definitely stay at this hotel brand in the future when travelling.
