The hotel provides a convenient base for those visiting Osaka, with easy access to public transport. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and has all the basic amenities for a comfortable stay. The hotel could be improved by the provision of refreshments in rooms, or at all times in the bar area.

It’s very convenient to take public transportation lines, or you can walk to Umeda enjoying street view. The room is quite big in Japan and the beds are comfortable. The hotel offers not only coffee, tea and welcome drinks, but also hand drip coffee with three kinds of coffee beans at the lounge.

Great location, right on top of the Kitahama subway station, there are signs to the hotel in the station. Also a very handy Family Mart downstairs. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, rooms a little small but well laid out, we had no troubles with two large suitcases. Staff are lovely, the laundry is very handy (use the extra drying if you have jeans). The room was very quiet and the blackout blinds work extremely well. Don't miss the rose garden nearby!

We just left this hotel, was surprised on how nice this hotel was. Thought we were going to get basic room and bathroom. Conveniently next to subway station so it’s easy access to go anywhere. Bathroom is bigger with a nice shower and strong water pressure. Nice quality of breakfast. Friendly staffs. Just a suggestions will be nice if they can provide dripped coffee for the room. Sometimes it’s nice after long day to go back to hotel room and make coffee. They provide tea but not coffee. But this is a small thing. Overall was great stay. Thank you for your hospitality. Will recommend this hotel to our family and friends

Very convenient location with a subway station pretty much under the building. It's modern. Staff is very helpful and friendly. My room was quite small for 2 adults with 2 suitcases but overall we are very satisfied with our stay
