Been here a few times now and to say that the view is great is an understatement. The view from the rooms is great and just as good at the restaurant. Where else can you wake up in the clouds ? Rooms are all modern and well kept which you would expect for a relatively new hotel. The food served is of high quality and well thought out. Impressive wine and alcohol list as well. A great place to stay or have a special event or intimate dinner.

We had a wonderful stay at the Ritz Carlton Melbourne. The building itself is stunning, and our room was spacious with an incredible view of the city. The spa was beautiful and serene—the massage was one of the best we’ve had. A special thank you to Silvio at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. What makes it truly stand out is the staff . Every element of the stay from the ambiance to the amenities feels like it’s been designed with intention and care. During my recent stay, I was fortunate enough to celebrate a graduation, and I was deeply moved by the thoughtfulness of Ema Yonozewa, a member of the team who surprised me with a personalized cake and handwritten card. It was a genuine act of kindness that made my visit even more memorable. Thank you, Ema, for going above and beyond—your gesture meant so much. The service, the food, the surroundings—everything here is executed with grace and excellence. I left feeling refreshed, celebrated, and incredibly grateful.

A wonderful stay at the Ritz and I'm very grateful for all the attention paid to our special requests. The staff were very accomodating and their attention to detail and complimentary upgrades were great. The suite was generous, and kiddie toys and treats were thoroughly enjoyed. The special care taken around our allergies was much appreciated. Very highly recommended.
