There is nothing provided in the kitchenette except a kettle 2 cups 2 teaspoons and tea & coffee bags.  A tiny bottle of milk I think.
I thought the room service may have forgotten to replace the utensils!
Disappointed how a place has not even basic amenities for customers.
Fortunately, arriving from airport, the restaurant food was good.  My husband loved the cod fish and chips.
4 stars for the blue cod!

I stayed in late February I was glad for roof over my head - personal reason why I was there.

But I have seen better Hotels then this.  This needs a massive upgrade to your rooms.

Not good. Don’t do it.
We booked four units for three nights for our group trip, all four units experienced the hot water stopping completely during our stay and all at completely different times.
When I say no hot water, I mean that nothing at all was exiting the spigot from the hot water tap, the hot water tap simply stopped functioning at all.
Not good when you are still shampooing your hair…
I was offered another room for our last night but the damage was done for me already and I should never have had to be moved in the first place.
When we advised management, they said they would get the water fixed, but two weeks later we had others in our extended group trip stay at the Redwood and they experienced the very same problem.
These rooms should not have been rented out again at all until the water was repaired. Looking at past reviews I see in March there was mention of water problems - has it been going on all this time and we are all too polite to mention it in a review?
Certainly it does not meet with the very basic requirements of a motel where all you want is a comfortable bed (they are not) and a good hot shower.
The fair trading act is being exploited here. No offer of any refund or compensation other than a ‘good price’ on our next stay - really… they think we would even try to ruin our next holiday too?
