The Hill, Jl. Semilir Jl. Bukit Batu Layar No.13, Senggigi, Nusa Tenggara Bar. 83355, Indonesia
Lovely place to spend quiet, private relaxing moments with the best view in Senggigi area. Two infinity pools in front of the rooms make a perfect refreshment during sunbathing and enjoying the nature around. Very kind and helpful owner and great staff. We had a great time! Thank you. Tip: the hill is quite steep, so if you go with a scooter, you need good breaks!
A paradise away from the hustle and bustle of life. Jean-Paul and Nury are charming hosts. From the moment of our arrival their thoughtful attention to detail ensured we had a really wonderful holiday on Lombok. All five rooms in this cosy, boutique hotel step out onto private patios and overlooking the Lombok Strait with views across an infinity pool to Bali. They are perfectly positioned to watch the sun setting behind the archetypical triangle of the Mt Agung volcano on Bali. Our room was simply but exquisitely furnished. Natural materials and textures providing a calm, tranquil atmosphere. A carefully prepared and beautifully presented breakfast is served on your private patio. It is abundant, fresh, healthy and delicious with a choice of a continental or local menus. The whole property is superbly maintained and clean. Jean-Paul arranged SCUBA diving and cycling tours for us. We also enjoyed strolls up well defined tracks to the hill villages in the forests above The Puncak. Free transport was provided by some restaurants in Senggigi for our evening meal and we are in town most nights. If you prefer, there is an evening meal menu at The Puncak providing a choice of local or international meal. The earthquakes: If you have booked or are thinking of booking to come to Lombok, come! We arrived two days after the main earthquake hit Lombok. The Puncak has suffered no earthquake damage at all. In Senggigi many of the well built structures are unscathed along with the wooden/bamboo houses in the kampongs. Less well built buildings haven’t faired so well. In Senggigi folk are going about their daily business. Everyone has a tale to tell and it’s a privilege to listen to their experiences. We have been heartedly welcomed by all. The island needs tourists to help it recover
A very happy 3-night stay at this very well appointed villa in a superb location overlooking the Senggigi bay of Lombok island. True honeymooners' paradise.
Love our stay at The Puncak for our recent trip. Imagine the view from your bed facing the ocean when you wake up, it's beautiful especially during sunset. During your check in JP will be on hand to handle the process and provide you every details you need to ensure you enjoy your stay. Msg to JP will receive a prompt response whenever you need help during your stay. During the daytime, Budi will be around to ensure your needs are well taken care of if you ever need something. Breakfast is an option that you can choose to take up, I would recommend the omelette option and also the Fried noodles option.. Breakfast is prepare in house. Kudos to JP, Budi and Nury for having us during our trip and gave us a wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to escape from the buzzing beachfront or city.
We had the best time at Puncak and didn’t want to leave Jean-Paul and Nury are the best hosts and nothing is a problem. From the beautiful rooms to the amazing views we were in paradise. The breakfast was really good and so was the food from the menu . The pool was simply stunning and we habitually kept taking pictures in and out of it….. We opted to use bluebird taxis in and out of sengiggi which worked well. We loved our time and were sad to leave … thanks again Jp and Nury
