I stayed in many hotels in China, even 5 stars, but service is not always good and staff usually don’t speak English well. This hotel is different. From first moment we arrived, I felt really welcome. Staff is professional, helpful, and speak good English, which is rare in China. Big thank you to Stanislav, the guest relations manager. He was super kind and helped us with everything, always with smile and attention. Also, our little girl got so much attention from the team — she was very happy! They even gave her a small souvenir toy, and she still plays with it, really loves it. Room was clean and comfortable, hotel looks beautiful, and they really care about small details. You can feel they want you to enjoy your stay. Honestly, the best hotel experiences we had in China (and one of the best worldwide, especially for this price). We will definitely come back again.

Is a very nice hotel and easy to go around. I could find a lot of shopping malls with nice restaurants and good food. Not too far from tourist spots like temples and the staffs is very helpful to give me directions. The room is spacious and clean and comfy and the food in the hotel is delicious especially the local Shanghai cuisine. I love the bar which I can enjoy a drink after my busy schedule of the day. Love this place and sure will come back!

During our recent visit to Shanghai, we stayed at the Ritz Carlton, a fabulous hotel with fantastic service. The Room was spacious and quiet, featuring clean and immaculate bathrooms. Evening turndown service was provided, and the breakfast spread was exceptional. The concierge, bellhop, and doorman were all incredibly helpful, making stay thoroughly enjoyable. We will certainly choose this hotel for next trip. It is worth noting that this complex houses Mediterranean, Italian, Mexican, Japanese, and a Steakhouse, all offering full bar. We thoroughly loved the place and a wonderful stay.
