We had the most incredible experience at The Pink Hotel Coolangatta! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding—they even let us check in early, which was such a thoughtful touch. The vibe of the hotel is amazing—stylish, fun, and so unique. The rooms are beautifully furnished, with super comfortable beds that made it hard to leave! A special shoutout to Laureen, who went above and beyond by providing exceptional service and even mailing back my charger that I accidentally left behind. It’s rare to find such genuine care and attention to detail these days. We can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be back for another stay. Thank you, Pink Hotel, for making our trip unforgettable!

Our stay was only short and sweet but we wish we could’ve stayed longer !! The staff both the remote ones as we had a late check in and the staff at reception in the morning were amazing. Couldn’t recommend more. Such a cute and funky little vibe can’t wait to experience a new room. The only problem we had was the roadworks out the front that affected parking. In terms of noise etc we barely had any problems after around 9:30.

This hotel has a great reno making the 50' 60's feel come alive. Rooms are very cool. They have such a great vibe complete with record player and records.The bed was super comfy and the room was spacious from our room no.8 we could see the ocean one side and glimpse the Tweed River on the other. Excellent location, close to everything. I couldn't hear the pub downstairs. Slept really well. Office hours are very short but we didn't really need anything. Couldn't work out how to access the roof though. Let me know if you work it out.

We had our wedding here in July 2024, everything was amazing. The ceremony was in the Artist suite and photos around the beautiful building. We stayed for 2 nights. It's was the perfect unique location and suited us in every way. Hoping to be back every anniversary.

stayed here a year ago but just want to say how fantastic the staff are; amazing, kind people who really care about their customers. we had some extremely rowdy neighbours who were swiftly spoken to after complaints from us. the next day we were kindly treated to some free champagne as compensation (which we didn’t ask for or expect at all). would highly recommend, but overall their customer service is top notch.
