It is an ideal resort for couples looking for a romantic retreat in Krabi. We booked The Grand Pool Villa and it was everything that we expected! Beautiful rooms with clean private pool and modern washroom. The service was quick however the one area which i didn’t like here is the breakfast buffet. The buffet had zero to minimal vegetarian options. The service was slow and the buffet was very limited. Even the coffee was not being served fresh and only 1 option in fruit! So if you want to book this place, go without breakfast and save your money! Location? It’s right in the city center with Aao Nang beach only 10 mins from the resort. Definitely expensive but worth it for a day or two ?

We had an amazing stay at the The Pin. The villas are modern and clean. It is such a relief to take a plunge in your private pool after a long and hot day of traveling around. Something that could be better - breakfast buffet. But honestly if we had the chance we would definitely visit again, because everything else was so perfect! Thank you!

it was really lovely stay and staffs are very kind and polite. they given us welcome drinks and snacks in check out time. our Grand deluxe pool villa awesome. it a small luxury resort.

Cute hotel, great amenities and breakfast. The only thing I felt a bit deceived about was: we have booked a room referred to as the “honeymoon suite” on Agoda, however when we arrived at the hotel we were checked into a standard double room. The room was great, however we booked something else than we received, so we felt deceived. Another point is regarding cleaning: when we checked in, we were provided with bathrobes, among other things. These bathrobes were hung dirty with lipstick and other make up stains. I immediately placed them on the floor hoping room service will change them. 3 days later, our room was not serviced once. On the 4th day I went to the reception to ask for room service and a change of towels. When I got back to the room at the end of the day, the room was indeed serviced however the same dirty bathrobes I left on the floor were hung back in their place on the hanger, unwashed. Made me doubt for the rest of the trip whether any of the other towels and bedsheets were washed or just re-hung in their place.

I came here for my first year anniversary and enjoyed a lot. I stayed in deluxe queen room for 2 nights and 1 night in pool villa! And pool villa was so worth it. The resort is 8 min drive from Ao Nang beach and night market, but you can take a scooty or grab for the same.
