Beautiful hotel. Smells amazing, comfortable beds, great rooms (could use more hanging space and more room in the mini fridge.). The restaurants are very expensive but tasty. We were given connecting rooms as requested. The kids club is only with parental supervision and during limited hours (disappointing) and the babysitting service is $35/hr.

the lobby and the elevator design is wonderful and entertaining. The daily housekeeping is also very nice! However the room itself might need a renovation a bit old and dirty.

If you want real luxury i would suggest the go to this hotel . Every night at 6 you would go to the top of the building to the restraint only for the most expensive rooms and it would be cocktail time . You can have as many cocktails as you wanted in the evening . Sohan and I were tipsy every night . It was great . We really had a great time. The service was outstanding . All the staff were lovely and made friends with us and would get us anything we wanted . They all treated us like we were royalty. We felt very at home their .. We stayed in the studio room level 34 . The food was great . Their is enough entertainment in the Hotel . It's a 5 STAR . I do recommend going their.

Pan Pacific was awesome! The room was super comfy with a killer view, and the staff made check-in a breeze. Loved hanging by the pool and grabbing a tasty breakfast. Would definitely go back again!

Many say that this is the place to stay to watch the Formula 1 in October with fabulous views of the racetrack below but my visit in May was luxuriously quieter, and more appealing. The staff are attentive, friendly and extremely helpful in looking after all of your needs, especially when attending the vast and delicious breakfast buffet which accommodates all eating idiosyncrasies. The rooms are extremely modern and spacious with fabulous views. Highly recommended!
