Perfect location—just a short walk to attractions like the Opera House, walking streets, and Saigon Pier. The decor is beautiful, with warm and cozy Vietnamese-inspired touches. Breakfast was okay—some dishes, like the Eggs Benedict, missed the mark, but there were plenty of options to choose from. A big plus is the outdoor area, which is absolutely lovely! They even have a starfruit tree, and I got to see the fruits up close. Their afternoon tea is delightful the staff? Absolutely amazing! I was beyond impressed. Special shoutout to the cleaning team—they pay such great attention to detail and do an incredible job every day. Try it, and you’ll see what I mean!

Can’t find fault in anything Can honestly say - One of best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Attention to detail was exceptional. Felt at ease from moment arrived. From booking in procedure to checking out - painless. welcome drink, on arrival. Staff - who came into contact with- excelled - all smiled on greeting. This was from maintenance man (saw in lift), to receptionists, concierge, breakfast waiting & coffee shop staff. Couldn’t do enough to help. Superb all round in every area Room -(605). Bed exceptionally comfy! Shower & toilet were in different corners of the room, with the sink on edge of bedroom area (being o/s shower) & with Jacuzzi in the outside balcony area. Only F&B side sampled was their breakfast- didn’t disappoint-brilliant standard buffet of exceptionally varied quality. Catering for, what seemed to cover every want/need. Thankyou to ‘The Myst’ for helping to make our experience of the city, all the more pleasurable…The Myst have definitely set the bar very high! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone for its location & standards

Great location. The staff were very nice. The room was spacious and all minibar items were complimentary. It would have been better if the hotel provided a place to hang the towel and clothes in the shower room. The breakfast was fabulous, with a wide variety of delicious options. I especially loved the beef pho!

I can't recommend this hotel enough. The staff is welcoming and accommodating. They arranged a car service to and from the airport (give them a 24hr notice) I celebrated my honeymoon here and the staff was so caring and thoughtful. They decorated the room for us. 10/10 service. The location is wonderful and convenient to walk around. Also, the afternoon high tea is a must try. Will be definitely staying here again.

Pro tip: Their signature "Myst Mule" pairs perfectly with sunset. - **?️ Service Sorcery:** Staff remember your name, coffee order, and probably your childhood pet’s name too. - **?️ Bedding Heaven:** Sheets so crisp they should be illegal, pillows that cure existential dread. - **☕ Afternoon Tea Heist:** 2-4PM daily – delicate sandwiches and desserts that vanish suspiciously fast (complimentary, because they’re generous like that). **The Catch?** - You’ll develop a **dangerous addiction** to their lemongrass-infused welcome drink. - Regular hotels will now feel like sad motels. **Verdict:** A **6-star experience** disguised as a 5-star hotel.
