Location is extremely handy, easily accessible. Room and the facilities are very well maintained. One of the best hotel gym I have ever been to! Variable choices of machines and free weights, also a stair-master? I was shocked! Staff were also super nice and extremely helpful, especially thank you to Judy for the wonderful check in experience. Really like the cozy vibe and really made us feel like home. Would definitely revisit if we are going to Shanghai again, 10/10!⭐️

We loved the Middle House. One of my absolute, all-time favorite hotels. It really had a defining influence on our time in Shanghai. From our first delicious dinner right after we got there, the care of Fiona from customer service,to the modern and beautiful hotel and room design, the clean spa area with nice hot saunas, to, particularly, how friendly and caring the staff was towards our son.

Great location, great food and service. The Middle House will always be our first choice in Shanghai. A special thanks to Experience Manager Lewis for his exceptional hospitality and support.

I recently lost my passport during our stay, and I can't thank Mary Fonda enough for her professionalism and support throughout this ordeal. She handled everything with such calm and care. The in-house guest experience manager was equally amazing, reassuring, attentive, and genuinely comforting. Their support turned a stressful situation into a manageable one. Because of them, we’ll definitely be choosing this place for our next stay!
