“Hospitality ?” When I went I had read many different reviews about the place and was really ready for the worst. But since I arrived, I was astounded by the warm welcome. The check in was so smooth, although I had to wait a while before I got to the room, I enjoyed my lunch at the Marine restaurant. The food is good and server was really amazing with his recommendations. When I got to the room it was clean and smells refreshing. I also enjoyed the breakfast everyday wide variety and changing menus everyday. Room service was splendid. The swimming pool and rooftop bar was really something I enjoyed in my spare time after exhaustion from the tours

Hotel was clean throughout. Rooms, gym, pool, reception were all spotless (didn’t use the restaurant). Staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, reception staff (Molly in particular at reception!) were available for anything we needed. Pool was great, views were brilliant. Cons (hence the 4* room rating): WiFi was poor and barely reached the bed so couldn’t use WiFi in most of the room. We were in a room at the front of the hotel facing the main road. Single glazing windows (I think) meant the noise throughout the night was loud so not great for light sleepers like me.

The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, great value for money! ⭐️The fried chicken and sticky rice opposite the hotel were delicious. ⭐️ Had a fantastic experience with this bike rental service. The bikes were in great condition and reasonably priced. Her warm attitude really made the experience more enjoyable. Highly recommend if you’re looking to rent a bike in the area!

I stayed there 3 nights with my wife, and we loved it. They paid very close attention to details. 1 example would be what they have done to the bathroom. So that the water from the shower won't flood the entire floor, they placed thin eaves (not sure how to say it but a water path that channeled water directly toward the drain). This is not all. Clean linens, toiletries, and other free amenities. Breakfast buffet was pretty good. Not a lot of variety, but enough for me-very tasty. All the staff I saw and spoke to were very very friendly and professional. I am certainly coming back to this hotel when I come back to Phuket
