We recently stayed at The Manhattan Club and had a wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome and exceptional service—especially from the doorman, Joel. He went above and beyond to assist us with directions, transportation, luggage, and even engaged with our children in such a kind and positive way. His hospitality truly set the tone for our stay and made it stand out from other hotels we’ve visited. The hotel itself was everything we look for: clean rooms, well-designed spaces, and an unbeatable location in the heart of Manhattan. It checked all the boxes for comfort and convenience. The only downside was our room’s view, which faced a wall of air conditioning units and a brick wall. However, the excellent service—particularly from Joel—more than made up for it. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

We had a woman named Lizette (I hope I spelled this correctly) when we checked in and she was amazing. Our reservation did not go through so she quickly assisted us with receiving a room we probably wouldn't have experienced otherwise. The staff treated us amazing. They were very friendly and helpful. The location was amazing right between times square and central park. We had a panoramic suite with a balcony that viewed the park and times square. This hotel provided us with the best experience for our first family trip to New York City and we will certainly return next time!

The Manhattan Club, literally the most wonderful hotel and stay in New York City, Jenae at the front desk was so extremely kind and helpful when we messed up our reservation, she fixed everything and accommodated our family. Raychel and everyone else at the Hotel was so friendly and nice. The hotel itself is beautiful, well kept, and in a prime location. Walking distance from nearly everything. None of us wanted to leave. We cannot wait to comeback in the future! We highly recommend this hotel!

I came across this place purely by chance. It’s an all suite hotel which is very well maintained and at the same price as most Marriott or Hilton rooms in the city. The location is fabulous - a stones throw from Central Park and the service is efficient. Strongly recommended it for small families or those with a lot of luggage!!
