We had 2 rooms in The Local Home Premium across the alleyway which is the newer property. Attentive & welcoming family. Large, comfortable double beds with en suite shower & toilet. Very clean. Everything worked. Very central location. No noise disruption despite proximity to pubs & clubs

Great location! I think one of the best in Ho Chi Minh City. There is a park nearby, where local residents exercise every morning. Close to great local restaurants and cafes. Room very clean. Laundry available on site. Great owners, very helpful, smiling, friendly, happy to give advice and tips on traveling around Ho Chi Minh City and Vietnam. We highly recommend staying here when you are in Ho Chi Minh City!

We were in 2A - second floor Room: two beds, great amenities, flat screen tv and a mini fridge to keep our drinks cold. Aircon and fan worked perfectly together, the room kept very cool even after a full day out. Renovated bathroom with a walk in shower. Service: our host has been great and lovely since day one, we initially booked for two nights, extending as we loved this place so much! Location: we walked everywhere from here as we found the accommodation to be very central to all activities we wanted to do. Even though it’s near by the night district, the home stay remained quiet and unspoiled by the noise.

We asked for not too many stairs and we're upgraded free to a larger room on the first floor. Thank you Hine. Clean place, full satellite TV, hot water, kettle and fridge worked perfectly. There isn't really a window, you look at the building next door and a bit of the ally. Very easy to walk everywhere from here. Bed is quite hard.

My second ttstaying here at The Local Home! The proprietors are very kind, courteous and professional + excellent communicators! Centrally located tight in the heart of District 1 with access to many things. Price is great and rooms are clean. I highly recommend the Local Home ?
