We recently stayed at The Langham, Gold Coast to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and the experience was nothing short of extraordinary. Not being familiar with the building or the room layouts, we weren’t sure which option would offer the best view of the Gold Coast to make our stay truly special. Thankfully, Kiera from Reservations went above and beyond to ensure we had the perfect room with the most breathtaking view. Her expertise, attentiveness, and genuine commitment to making our anniversary unforgettable made all the difference. From the moment we arrived at The Langham Brisbane, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The customer service is truly world-class—every staff member, from the front desk to the butlers, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Nothing was ever too much of a hassle, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout. We were fortunate to receive a complimentary upgrade to a stunning ocean view room, which made our stay even more memorable. The room itself was immaculate—spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable, even the baby cots were set up and super comfortable, Bub slept solid. Dining at The Langham was another highlight. The buffet breakfast was generous and delicious, offering a wide selection of high-quality dishes. Every meal we had was expertly prepared and full of flavour. Overall, The Langham Brisbane exceeded all expectations. It’s a place where luxury meets warmth, and we can’t wait to return again with our bub. Highly recommended

I loved the closed balcony. Some people have complained about it but I loved it - you still get the terrific view, and at the same time you avoid the wind, plus you can open the windows anytime if you wish. The staff were also excellent, everyone was great. I particularly love how you don’t have to quote your valet card number when getting your car back up, you just call up and they know your number already.

3 days there definitely wasn't enough, at least not enough to figure out how to operate the smart light switches in the room. My only other real complaint was the music everywhere, certainly the naffest you'll ever hear in a decent hotel. Oh, and the omnipresent smell (I should really say "designer aroma") got a bit much after a while. But all of these minor issues were dwarfed by the brilliant and beautiful interior design, amazing facilities, and more than helpful staff always on hand to assist with even the smallest request. Thank you, Langham hotels!

Dining at Tangerine Restaurant was a treat, with fresh, local produce and a fantastic atmosphere.
