A great hotel at this price range. Good location, room is spacious and well maintained. Entrance on the ground floor is dim and not nice, drop off and pick up point at the front of the hotel is small and easily missed by Grab driver. Some rooms with very bad views are facing and very close to the building opposite. Roof top pool looks stunning, gym AC is not cold enough and has strong smell of floor rubbery. Gym glass door and window are pasted by frosted plastic and looks dim and depressed. Should just make it clear. However, mirror in front of the treadmill helps a bit. Service is very good in the entire hotel, has a free coffee corner, gym fruits are very generous. Will love to stay again.

Just visited Riva Restaurant on the rooftop of Hotel Heritage Kuta, and I was genuinely impressed from the moment I arrived. The service and hospitality were outstanding—Surya, in particular, was incredibly attentive and welcoming. I had a special request for a non-spicy meal, and he ensured it was prepared perfectly. The seafood was absolutely delicious and full of flavor. A great start to my stay! Carla

Excellent location, walk out the front and across the road for nice swim on the beach. Breakfast is great and nice bar on level 4. The swimming pool is perfect size not long for swimming laps but nice pool and view out to the beach. The hotel is getting, feeling a little dated but I booked here for the location and to look out at the sea from ocean view room. Wifi has been excellent. Hotel and staff are friendly and accommodating. Thank you and see you again soon.

The service and location is very perfect. The hotel needs a renovation. It is a bit old now. It is also very dark. It would be much better with more lights throughout the hotel. The buffet breakfast is good. Surya always has great customer service at the buffet breakfast. Overall it is a good hotel and is worth the price.
