I love this new hotel! Everything in the room was designed by the legendary Karl Lagerfeld himself. The theme is “when Europe meets China”, you could only feel how beautiful and creative the designs by person. The room is much more beautiful than the photos, I didn’t want to wake up from their super cozy bed. I like the golden bathroom, amenities are from Karl Lagerfeld’s own brand, smells good and the quality is good. You’d get everything you need, minibar is free. Location is a bit far away from the city but they have a lot of shuttle buses, highly recommended!

All the facilities and amenities are gorgeous and grand, which are of The Highest Level in Macau. The garden and the room is nice and beautiful. We enjoyed the stay of one night there, particularly relaxation at the swimming pool. Morning breakfast is a bit crowded after 9 am, but the hotel tries their best to accommodate the peak session. All the foods and drinks are fresh and delicious. The only disadvantage is the location. Just a bit far away from the molajor tourist spots. Yet, the good pricing and the quality services made our journey lovely and pleasant.

Impressed?? This hotel is under Lisboa place. There are shuttle bus services from Airport and other main centers. Staffs are really nice (even just some can speak English, but they try to help). We try to ask for Taxi, they gave us advice and guide book. All facilities are good, except long queue for breakfast (but not take much time), since they use the same breakfast as Lisboa hotel. Nice decorations, details as Karl Lagerfel. Many many choices for breakfast.

TKL staffs they are quick and accomodating. from the frontdesk to the housekeeping, at first i was dissapointed for not having atleast a welcome fruit however check out late! Thanks to all! especially to Marjorie who aided me to all my needs.

I visited Macau twice this year. Last time, I stayed at the Versace Hotel, and I saw the Karl Lagerfeld Hotel interior and it was pretty, so I booked the Karl Lagerfeld Hotel this time. As you know, it is located inside the Grand Lisboa Palace and is connected to the casino, so it is easy to enter the casino right away. The room interior is black and red, with an oriental style, and a bit of a Fendi feel. As you know, Karl Lagerfeld is a legendary figure who brought the two brands, Chanel and Fendi, to the top. The bathroom amenities are the same as the Versace Hotel, but the cases are really pretty. The drinks and beer in the refrigerator are free once, but I didn't know about it until the last day, so I couldn't eat them. The bedding is comfortable and the bed is wide, so I slept well. The outdoor pool was supposed to open in August, so I couldn't use it. The indoor pool is so pretty, but it seems like no one is using it because everyone is busy gambling. The gym has the best technogym equipment. Versace had a turndown service, but I'm not sure if Karl Largefeld has a turndown service. Anyway, the staff is friendly, and it's definitely a good hotel. It's a good hotel that received 5 stars from Forbes Travel Guide.
