A few pros and cons about this hotel. We like the location close to St Andrew's Hospital, cafes & restaurants. Rooms are comfortable, quiet and modern. We loved the beds as well. We paid extra for a Deluxe Studio Suite but the difference must be quite minimal unless we were given a regular Studio Suite instead of what we paid for. According to the website, the Deluxe Studio Suite has park views and a furnished kitchen but our room had no stove nor any cooking equipment. It just had a kitchenette with a sink, bar fridge, microwave, nespresso machine, kettle and toaster (all of which are listed as included in the regular Studio Suites as well). We were on the same level as the reception desk and could only see buildings, no park views. The room was reasonably clean, however, the bathroom mirror shelves had hairs on them and the shower floor needs a good scrub. The shower has great water pressure though and we liked the two sinks.Overall, it was ok compared to other hotels of this price bracket and we would stay here again, but there is room for improvement.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel from start to finish. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful, making sure every part of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The location is perfect, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and public transport. I also really appreciated the attention to detail throughout the hotel — from the stylish decor to the high-quality amenities provided. Great customer service, I will come back ?

Fantastic place to stay. My husband was in St Andrews War Memorial Hospital for heart surgery, and this motel was ideally located. They also offer a fantastic discount for the hospital. The staff were attentive, the rooms were large, super clean. Overall very happy with the experience.
